Responsibilities:
Assessment
Create design instruments to assess software usage (i.e., Handshake, Big Interview, uConnect, etc.) along with student and employer programs, including writing the final data analysis outcome.
Assist in extensively collecting, analyzing, and reporting graduate destinations/ outcomes data through SurveyMonkey, Excel, and Microsoft Access.
Assist in tracking and analyzing data related to technology adoption, engagement levels, and user satisfaction with student engagement software.
Produce regular reports and presentations summarizing key insights and outcomes to inform decision-making.
Gather user feedback and recommend refinements or enhancements to optimize technology usage.
Mentoring
Assist with implementing the Aspire Mentoring Program, including conducting recruitment events for Aspire mentors/mentees (i.e., tabling, campus outreach events, and information sessions).
Attend/conduct check-in sessions, trainings, and events for mentors and mentees.
Manage and troubleshoot incoming flags from mentors/mentees and coordinate next steps with program coordinators.
Technology
Collaborate with the Career Services team to identify technological needs and opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and technical support to staff and students in using new technologies effectively.
Evaluate sections of the Career Services website for modification, edits, and updates.
Assist Career Services and administrative staff with tasks involving research, data collection and assessment, planning, and development of career programming, facilitating student experiential and career-related needs, and assisting student focus group planning.
Miscellaneous
Attend and support weekend events such as Open House, Admitted Student Day, Move-In Weekend, etc.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled full-time (9+ credits) in an approved academic program (see below).
Must maintain good academic standing and meet enrollment requirements.
Must commit to working 20 hours per week as part of the assistantship/fellowship.
Accepted Academic Programs
Business Administration, Education Leadership, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Childhood Education, School Counseling, English and any other relevant programs.
Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications
Ability to work at least one night a week until 8pm during the fall semester.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
Excellent computer skills and experience manipulating data from SurveyMonkey to Excel and Access for data analysis and reporting.
Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to inclusion.
Excellent organizational, time management and independent thinking skills
Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and efficiently while maintaining organization.
Ability to multitask and prioritize is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in data entry
Experience with CRM systems

Tuition Remission:
$8,750 per semester covering tuition only
Stipend (Fall through Spring)
$4000
This position is offered for one academic year only—Fall 2025 and Spring 2026—provided the student maintains full-time enrollment of at least 9 credits each semester.
