Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative (BDR)

 

Job Summary

Energetic and creative salesperson beginning a career that can transition into a successful Account Executive in 12-18 months. BDR will be fully immersed in a robust sales and technology training program to learn a multitude of Alliance Technology Group’s product offerings (Cyber security, A.I., wireless/5G, etc.) as well as classic sales methodologies. Once a BDR has demonstrated success, accounts will be transitioned to him/her with full authority to close their own business. Candidates must commit to working at corporate HQ 2 days a week in Hanover, MD. Once a BDR is promoted to Account Executive (AE) they can work and live wherever they want.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

BDR will generate qualified leads for Account Executives to manage and close. BDR will create initial interest through cold calls, email campaigns and social media marketing and then book meetings. Thorough training and guidance will be provided based on proven and actionable business development techniques. BDRs will work closely with AEs, supporting them with any follow-up necessary to win a deal.
