Role Description

This is a remote contract-to-hire role for a Technical Sales Specialist. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, offer SMPL-C's platform and help customers run their CMMC program efficiently and effectively. Daily tasks include driving sales efforts through effective communication, technical acumen and relationship-building.

Knowledge of Cyber Compliance and Security Frameworks (ISO, SOC, CMMC, FedRAMP etc.) is critical.

Bonus Plus: If you are an RP or an RPA or willing to get certified.

 

Qualifications

  • Technical Sales and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to provide Technical Support
  • Experience in SaaS or Cybersecurity a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
