Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst is a critical role to WTG’s ongoing success. In this role, you will manage various aspects of our Sales Operations department to support the company’s sales team. A successful Sales Operations Analyst for WTG will drive value to the company by managing our internal databases, data visualizations and identifying opportunities to make our workflows and internal processes more efficient. In this role, you will work with every other department at WTG including finance, sales, pre-sales, post-sales and marketing, including frequent interaction with leadership.
- Using MS Dynamics CRM, PowerBI and Excel, provide reporting and analysis to support sales and leadership teams
- Daily Pipeline Report, Annual Recurring Revenue Report, Marketing reports, Monthly Leadership reporting package, among others
- Ensure that CRM is being maximized by identifying and implementing improvements in conjunction with the Manager of Business Operations
- Key Account Cyber Dossier updates, Account Executive Quarterly Business Review data prep, Dormant Account reviews, Order Product Details data maintenance, among others
- Maintaining overall CRM, PowerBI visualization and Outreach accuracy
- Account/Lead Account region updates, Top 20 Account data management, quarterly PowerBI visualization audit, BDR Leadership Dashboard updates, removing “Undeliverables” from CRM/Outreach, among others
- Document all Sales Operations related processes
Qualifications
- 0-5 Years Experience in Sales Operations or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technically inclined: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent and PowerBI or equivalent a plus
- Team-player who wants to learn and grow over time in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
- Confidence managing relationships with people at all levels
- Self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong work ethic
- Detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy
