  • Inventory & Documentation: Maintain technology asset accounts and create "how-to" guides for staff.
  • Facility Systems: Software management of security cameras and HVAC systems.
  • Communication & Operations: Maintain the district website, oversee social media, and coordinate with staff to implement state and district testing programs.
  • Project Facilitation: Research emerging technologies and assist with district technology improvements.
  • Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with the leadership team to provide strategic direction and implement systemic, ongoing improvements toward the actualization of district goals.  Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology plan and budget (annual and long-range) consistent with the School Board’s Strategic Plan.
  • Ethics & Professionalism: Inform staff of ethical issues (privacy, copyright, fair use) and maintain professional growth by attending conferences and workshops.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter capable of working independently and managing long-term projects while handling daily support tickets.
