We are seeking a motivated Cyber Security Analyst (Entry Level) to join our team and build foundational experience in protecting digital assets, identifying threats, and implementing effective security solutions. This position provides a supportive hybrid model that allows flexibility for remote work while encouraging collaboration through on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures to safeguard systems and networks.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and compliance departments to strengthen organizational security posture.
  • Research and stay informed on the latest cybersecurity threats, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Assist in developing cybersecurity policies, documentation, and awareness materials.
  • Utilize various security tools for threat detection, investigation, and response.
  • Support compliance efforts with recognized frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related technical fields (formal degree preferred but not mandatory).
  • Foundational understanding of networking, firewalls, and encryption.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common security tools.
  • Basic knowledge of ethical hacking, penetration testing, or risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
