About the Role

Redsun is hiring IAM (Identity & Access Management) and Cybersecurity Engineers on behalf of our clients who are focused on securing enterprise systems, cloud environments, applications, and digital assets. We are looking for professionals with expertise in identity governance, access control, cybersecurity operations, risk management, and security compliance. Fresh graduates with strong cybersecurity knowledge, certifications, or hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts, roles, and access privileges.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, alerts, and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives including risk management, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with IT, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access controls.
  • Assist in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing remediation, and security hardening activities.
  • Maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

For Experienced Candidates (3–5 Years)

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IAM, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as:
    • SailPoint
    • Okta
    • CyberArk
    • Saviynt
    • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • Ping Identity
    • ForgeRock
  • Understanding of:
    • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
    • Access Management (AM)
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Single Sign-On (SSO)
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Experience with security monitoring and incident response processes.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.

For Fresh Graduates

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and access control concepts.
  • Exposure to IAM, cloud security, security tools, or cybersecurity projects through coursework, internships, certifications, or personal projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
