We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect remotely but prefer someone in our Arlington, VA Location (needing someone to go into the DC office location when needed). Quantinuum believes that employees work better, more efficiently and more collaboratively in close proximity to other employees, where ideas can be exchanged readily, and decisions can be made more quickly for the benefit of the Company and our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with prospective and existing clients to identify and respond to cyber threats and security risks to their business.
  • Developing cybersecurity solutions and mitigations for information risk compatible with the client’s existing and planned infrastructure.
  • Working collaboratively with the cybersecurity professionals across Quantinuum to define and deliver solutions.
  • Following established governance processes and frameworks to bring the best possible value solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Participate in sales visits, providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education to both new and existing clients through technical presentations and demonstrations. 
  • Deliver post-sales support services and provide technical advice as required.
  • Support the search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services, providing technical input into the preparation of tenders, proposals, and quotations for clients.
  • Attend and present trade exhibitions, conferences, and other venues, keeping up to date with the latest and emerging technologies and threats 
  • Be the technical conduit between product engineering and the customer facing sales teams.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise across the cybersecurity realm, including emerging threats, defensive technologies, regulatory and industry standards, and research and development of future cybersecurity and information assurance systems.
  • Domestic and international travel as needed

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years’ experience in designing, implementing, and upgrading enterprise-level encryption and information security systems
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen

WE VALUE:
  • Master’s degree in Quantum Cryptography, Computer science, Mathematics, or a related discipline Familiarity with Quantum Key Distribution.
  • Experience publicly presenting and writing about cybersecurity threats and solutions, preferably including quantum computing risks and mitigation.
  • Active or recent (within two years) U.S. government issued security clearance at the top-secret level, with SCI access or eligibility
  • Holder of one or more security certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CEH etc
  • In-depth technical knowledge of how cryptographic algorithms, PKI, and how they are applied within network protocols and data security platforms.
  • Current subject matter expertise in commercial and government encryption and cryptographic systems, standards, and certifications.
  • Familiarity with global efforts on post-quantum cryptography, including knowledge of algorithms, hardware solutions, and network integration.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications cybersecurity infrastructures

Non-Incentive Eligible
Estimated Salary Range: $123,200.00 /yr. to $200,000.00/yr.
