Education required: BS or MS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science/Data Analytics, or Software Engineering. For candidates able to demonstrate a clear ambition for a career in Cybersecurity, we would also consider an Engineering degree. Graduate by Spring/Summer 2024
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile throughout rotations

This is a rare opportunity to develop your skills as a Cybersecurity subject matter expert or join the people working to strengthen and protect GSK’s digital and business resiliency through effective cyber risk management, implementation of innovative strategic cybersecurity solutions and building trusted partnerships with business units. It involves implementing security measures, protocols and technologies to defend against cyber risks, ultimately allowing us all at GSK to focus on what matters most – getting ahead of disease together.
Ahead together with tailored training and career development
Over two years, our Cybersecurity Future Leaders Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three varied and stretching rotations focusing on Cybersecurity working on live projects alongside experts in industry. Your 8-month long rotations will provide you with the opportunity to experience working with different types of technology, across different parts of the Cybersecurity business. In all our roles, you’ll work with a variety of different markets and cultures.
What will you do?
Undertake a variety of roles focusing on our key skill areas: Cyber Defense, Cyber Risk & Assurance, Cyber Security Strategy & Solutions, Cyber Resilience & External Affairs, and Operational Technology Cyber Security
Contribute to maximum strategic and operational value and business impact
Accelerate your development through tailored training that is intuitive to you and your needs
Develop fresh thinking and innovative new ideas within your team
Connect with expert mentors who guide and mentor participants, imparting cybersecurity industry insights, leadership wisdom, and strategic vision
Improve GSK’s security through the application of advanced cybersecurity knowledge and strategies
Be well positioned to become a thought leader within the cybersecurity industry
Enhance your capacity for innovation and adaptability to evolving cyber threats
Join an international community of like-minded graduates who, alongside their day jobs, help shape and run the Future Leaders Program, for example, organizing hackathons, running global tech debates with external leading experts, and more

Our Future Leaders Graduate Program is designed to accelerate the development of graduates who don’t have significant previous professional work experience in the area to which they are applying. Of course, many graduates who join the program have worked while studying or after graduation. If you’ve already developed substantial experience working in a professional role in your sector, while you would be able to apply for this program, you may also want to look at direct entry roles in our businesses, as these may be the best way to build on your existing skills and expertise and develop a career at GSK.
