Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented IT DevOps intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in automating and streamlining our software development and operations processes. This internship will provide an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our IT operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Systems and Devops teams to support and improve our continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure and applications.
  • Participate in the implementation and management of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting production systems to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to optimize build processes, improve code quality, and facilitate rapid delivery of features and updates.
  • Learn and apply best practices for DevOps methodologies, including agile development, version control, and collaboration tools.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in DevOps practices, automation, and cloud
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to

What’s our pay rate?

  • $16.78 - $20 per hour
