Our Technology Sales Representative Development Program offers seventeen (17) weeks of enhanced training designed to prepare you for your full-time role as a Technology Sales Representative. This Program will provide you with the opportunity to interact with customers, build a professional network and support your professional growth. While actively engaging in sales responsibilities, you will participate in a combination of virtual and in-person training with hands-on learning activities designed to prepare you to begin selling within your first 90 days.
We are looking for candidates who…
Have a passion for building relationships and finding solutions for clients
Have previous customer service or sales experience
Have or will obtain a bachelor's degree in sales, technology or a related field between December 2024 and June 2025
Are geographically flexible, willing to work with and travel to clients in the posted metro area
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Two (2) weeks of instructor-led training at our Corporate HQ.
Fifteen (15) weeks of virtual and hands-on training while actively participating in sales activities

Expected Compensation…
First year target income of $60K
Base salary of 40-50K, plus commission and bonus
