Associate Inventory Control Specialist
Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.
The following are intended to be examples of the accountabilities for which the person in this position is responsible. - Shipping, receiving, material distribution and related inventory control tasks
- Logistics/material transfer requests
- Mailroom function
- Inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts, identify discrepancies and take corrective measures
- UPS, FedEx or other carrier shipments
- Boxing, packaging and kitting related tasks
- Create and print labels and other documents
- Data entry and related spreadsheet tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
- Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.
- Perform special projects or other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 0 - 5 years within related function
- Worked within an ERP environment desirable, NetSuite preferred
- Microsoft Excel desirable
- Shipping, receiving, cycle counting, inventory transactions and reconciliation desirable
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license in the state in which you are employed
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Knowledge and ability to utilize basic mathematical concepts
- Ability to train and attain forklift certification
- High attention to detail and data entry skills
- Highly motivated and well organized
- Maintain high personal standards of quality and integrity
- Able to work overtime as required
Essential Physical & Mental Requirements
- This position will require the following physical requirements; sitting 20%, walking 50%, standing 30 %, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- This position will require the following mental requirements; written and oral communication (50%), problem solving (10%), read, interpret data, information and documents (10%), ability to use computers (10%), basic math skills (20%)

Potential Hiring Range:
- Salary Range: $22.00 – $24.00 / hour
- Salary offered is dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
