What I liked

The intern program is fantastic. They organize a plethora of professional development and social activities. They also aim to convert the majority of their interns to full-time positions. The company culture is also amazing. It is very welcoming and DEI-oriented, emphasizes high-quality and innovative work, and promotes professional development among employees.

What I wish was different

I was not a fan of the location outside of the office. I also didn't feel particularly challenged by the responsibilities I was given, so it would have been nice to shadow other groups on site and get a sense of other roles within the company.

Advice

Take advantage of the opportunity to network across the company! It is so easy to set up short video chats with employees whose role or background interests you, and you can learn a lot and open doors this way.
